What to bring with you
If you wear glasses, please bring a copy of your recent glasses prescription. If you are attending a hospital consultant, please bring a copy of your last clinic letter if you have it.
If you have had cardiology investigations such as ECGs, echo-cardiograms (ultra-sound scan of your heart), or exercise tolerance tests (treadmill tests), it is helpful to bring these with you if you have them – your own GP practice can provide this for you.
